Wady Dyson, (B. Ed., L.L.B., M.A.)
Wady Dyson is a published author and currently
the Director of the Toronto Research and Community Advocacy Centre.
Wady is a Ph.D. candidate and has many years of professional experience,
academic expertise and personal commitment to issues of health,
social action, education, training, and advocacy in both the profit
and non-profit sectors. She is proficient in management strategies,
program and policy evaluation, and has extensive knowledge of quality
monitoring programs and information management.
Jeannette Patoine, Vice-President,

Jeannette Patoine is Vice-President of
Client Services with Right Management Consultants and has over 13
years experience in the Human Resources field, including training,
employee relations, recruitment, and employee relocations worldwide.
Her field brought her to work internationally. As Vice-President
of Client Services, she is focusing her efforts on employee career
transition and organizational development consulting. For three
years prior, Jeannette joined Thinkpath (IT Staffing) as the Relationship
Manager responsible for portfolios of corporate accounts with focus
on IT recruitment initiatives. Prior to that, she was at Zurich
for five years, where she had the opportunity to work abroad, responsible
for employee relocations, employee relations with corporate clients
and bilingual training nation wide. Jeannette received her Bachelor
of Arts in Social Sciences at York University and Certification
in Human Resources Management from Ryerson Polytechnic University.
Alexander Kent Holden, Manager,
Quality and Technical Support, Industrios Software Inc.
A. Kent Holden is Manager of Quality and
Technical Support and has been employed by Industrios Software Inc.
for 8 years, where he utilizes his skills in software design, development,
testing, managing, and communication. Kent joined Industrios, to
assist in the design and development of their flagship Enterprise
Resource Planning for Windows software. He has been involved
in the computer industry for 12 years and has worked with IBM and
PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Kent received his certification as Computer
Programmer Analyst from Georgian College.

lifestyle and entertainment companies. Previously, she launched
Sprint Canadas Internet Service and oversaw company-wide online
marketing initiatives. Prior to that, Tracey honed her client service
and account management skills with top agencies including Leo Burnett,
BBDO, and Marlowe Communications. She is a frequent speaker at leading
international events (including Digital Hollywood, NY and LA; Internet
World, US and Canada; and others) and has been highly involved in
the Internet community in Canada, having served as a former Executive
Board Member of AIMS Canada (Association of Internet Marketing and
Sales).
Rheba
Estante, Marketing and Corporate
Development Strategist
Rheba Estante has
experience in public affairs and marketing communications. Currently,
she is working with the Government of Ontario responsible for creating,
developing and implementing communication programs for government
services. Her professional background includes investor relations,
government relations, internet marketing, and radio (CKLN FM 88.1) and
television broadcasting (CFMT-TV/Channel 47 in Toronto). In her
spare time, Rheba is a freelance writer for magazines in Canada
and the United States.
